Yes! We are pet friendly here at Celsius Apartments. We do have breed restrictions and ask that any residents pets are under 50 pounds. 

Celsius assigns one space for each unit without any additional monthly charge. We also offer tandem parking for tenants with more than one vehicle; there is a monthly fee for tandem spaces. 

Yes, Celsius does offer guest parking spaces. Each unit is given a guest pass to use for visitors. 

We do have a gym here at Celsius! Our gym features state-of-the-art cardio machines, all equipped with virtual classes to keep you motivated. The gym also features medicine balls, dumbbells, and cable machines, providing a range of exercise options. Residents can use our gym anytime they like, day or night; the gym is open 24 hours a day. 

Our amenities here at Celsius are always open for our tenants to use and enjoy. We offer 24-hour access to our gym and all of our community facilities as well.

Celsius offers residents the option to add storage spaces to their monthly lease. We have two floors here that offer spaces for tenants to store any items. The spaces vary in size and are additional on top of rent each month. 

Our building features a Luxer One packaging system that securely stores your packages. Luxer One specializes in contactless pick-up and drop-off for packages and goods. They will send you a code to securely pick up your package from our lobby locker system. Celsius also features secure mailboxes for each unit at the building entrance. 

Celsius offers Valet Living service for residents. Trash is collected weekly at your front door, Sunday through Thursday. We also offer trash chutes on each floor for tenants to use.

Celsius offers a courtesy security patrol for its residents. There is a phone line that is open 24 hours a day for on-call patrol.
